Welcome! My name is Judy and I am a Wollongong based Reiki and Distance Reiki, Therapeutic and Pregnancy Massage and Raindrop Technique therapist providing treatments and Reiki Training Courses in the Illawarra region, located south of Sydney. I specialise in helping people to feel relaxed and peaceful, clear trauma, relieve anxiety, release emotional and physical pain, and create balance within. Why does Reiki work?
Reiki works because it changes your 'frequency'. If you remain at the same frequency, your life will stay the same. If you wish for things to change, your frequency needs to change.
