No staff willing to help/approach you when wanting to buy fish. Didn’t end up buying any.

HELLO this is Wayne I go to your store to take photos of fish . sometimes the fish stay still to photograph but some swim to fast so i use a high camera on sports mode to freeze to fish

Absolutely would not go near this place. Call to check that they had baby turtles in stock with no mention of there extra requirements before purchasing. Went in to purchase a baby turtle. After purchasing a licence told me that i would need to purchase at least a 4tf fish tank (even though most places sell smaller tanks). After explaining that i also had one in storage that i would use They refused to sell me a turtle unless i could drive 1 hour back home to bring back a water sample or wait a week to show sample from newly set up tank. Felt this place was more of a push to sell you a lage tank. Warrawong a lot better had no sample requirements and shows you how to look after your turtle.

We bought a large snake enclosure for our beloved growing Darwin python maisie and had a few installation issues BUT Matt Ashley Luke and the rest of the team were fantastic and always helpful and patient and kind t and now we have a wonderful enclosure that maisie will grow up in Cannot recommend them enough for their knowledge and generosity of time thank you Irene and Michael and maisie
