What a sloppy job. The lady rushed and within two days they started to crack and lift whilst I was away at the Gold Coast. I had to get these removed down at the Gold Coast as they were uncomfortable and I quote from the nail technician here “ bad bad job, worst nails I’ve seen done” they buffered and fixed up my nails. My mum who had hers done also went back to fionas yesterday to have hers removed due to a bad job and some older lady just hacked them off leaving mum in pain and very badly damaged nails. The older lady didn’t even attempt to tidy them up just retry much pushed her out the door. What disgusting customer service. I will make sure everyone knows about this.

I had a full set of acrylic nails done here. The lady that rushed it and did such a sloppy job. The acrylic gel were so poorly sculpted that it was sitting over my cuticles, it was uncomfortable to have on. I was not happy with the results. Its been one week now and the edges have all lifted- they usually lasts longer than this. I choose not to complain in store because Im not one to speak up, but I also don't trust them to be able to do a better job. The lady that did my nails was not the owner (Fiona), but an older lady. I tried to look them up to leave my review but there is not where to do that apart from here - they aren't on google reviews and their Facebook is a personal account - this seems shady to me

My nails were a wreck. I went to Fionas and my nails are now Looking Perfect. I am so happy. I have had so many compliments on my nails! My nails are also healed thanks to Fionas advice on how to look after my nails! Thank you, Fiona for your advice on the care and advice on my nails! and the most awesome designs and colours!
