First Choice Property Inspections

Do not rely on this company’s building and pest reports!! This company failed to report a Major issue which has resulted in us paying thousands to rectify. If buying a house- get your own building and pest report and do not feel obligated for using the vendors inspector ESPECIALLY if this company are the inspectors- This is our first house purchase and it has really been a major financial set back for our young family due to this company’s failure to give honest and accurate reporting.

We used First Choice when selling our house and the quality of John's inspections were second to none. Would definitely recommend this business.

Really poor service. I relied on them to do a thorough visual inspection of a property I was about to purchase and I ended up discovering a bunch of issues which they should have reported but didn't. I ended up with unforeseen costs. When I tried to ask for help and trigger the complaints process all I experienced was really rude staff, including the employee who conducted the inspection. Don't hire these guys. Upon research I found there are quality inspectors out there who document everything and are thorough with their work.
