I always feel healthier, stronger and happier when I leave here. Thumbs up to the fantastic trainer, Jo, who gives the right enough amount of push to motivate you without making you feel bitter.

The crèche in their top-notch facility has heaps for things to do to occupy the little ones whilst mum and dad are sweating it. I highly recommend Jo and Simon! They are excellent trainers and are generous and kind-hearted people.

You are such an inspiration, Jo! Even when people don't feel like they get to do anymore and times are tough, you keep the motivation going. Thank you!
