Can I live in my home during kitchen renovations?

Your kitchen will be out of action for the duration of the renovation, so alternate accommodation would be preferable.

Will I have a choice of fixtures and fittings and can I supply them myself?

Do I have to organise sub contract specialist trades such as plumbers or electricians?

What is two pack?

Basically ‘two pack’ is paint. There is a tin of paint and there is a tin of hardener. The two are mixed together to form a two part (or two pack) solution. Normal house paint would be termed ‘single pack’ paint.
