FNQ Hot Water

Amazing service! No hot water from the solar system after a good few days of rain. Mains heating element had blown and was tripping the whole system. Contacted the FNQ team and Dave was able to fit us in that same day to make sure we had hot water for the night! Can’t speak higher of the service, thanks Dave and FNQ hot water!

This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.

I contacted Henry on a Friday morning and the new system was installed the following Monday morning. All the preliminaries, including great advice from Henry, were done via phone and SMS so the install was trouble-free. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication via SMS text which helped a lot as I am deaf. Excellent response timeframes too from first contact to repairing the issue and finalising with an invoice. Thank you!!! Will recommend to others.
