Focus Health & Fitness – Personal Training Fitness Gym & Boot Camps - is located in the Nexus building at Norwest Business Park (opposite the Norwest Crowne Plaza). We are the central personal trainers, boot camps and gym to the hills and quick and easy to reach from anywhere in Norwest, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Glenwood, Kings Langley & the Hills District. Our members come from all over Sydney and often pass other gyms to get to Focus.
