Followmont Transport Pty Ltd

The company I worked for ordered supplies from Sydney for a job we needed to do. It was handed to Followmont Transport in Brisbane. It was delivered to the wrong address in a different town. The supplier informed Followmont of the issue. They picked it up and was supposed to deliver it to us but it was lost. After a month of calling, asking and staff refusing to speak to me Townsville branch could not find my package. The job we needed the supplies for was done with a substitute as the second order we placed to get the supplies took 3 weeks to reach us. I called Brisbane hoping that I would get better service/help from them but I was mistaken. I was told that I need to stop blaming Followmont for this issue and was spoken to very rudely. After I got all the info from all the other people involved and names of Followmont staff that caused this issue I called Brisbane again. No sorry for the way we treated you or for not doing their job. No Very disappointing
