Food Trailer King

I got my trailer end of last year and would recommend Matt and the team to everyone. Tony and Campbell at the factory were great, and the girls in the office were really helpful when we had questions. This is our first food trailer and we're really happy with how it's going, hoping in the future to add another and will definitely be using food trailer king again

these guys did great job keep us in formed all the way delayed but totally get it after covid etc after sales service been great as well any questions answers asap

Bought the Maxi-Elite, they're quite pushy for you to give them an answer after they've quoted. Then everything is a rush after you proceed. I assume all these trailers are pre-fab, as they (lazily) left holes in the kitchen floor where I had requested a shorter benchtop. The fridge is basically a freezer with Chinese instructions. You literally have to email Food Trailer King to ask what setting is the coldest or least coldest, note that the least coldest setting still freezes everything. Same with the hotwater system, all in Chinese. They double stack the outdoor power outlets (top-bottom configuration) therefore making the bottom inlet affected by water run off from the top inlet. Tried emails and phone calls about some of the issues, just received arrogant delayed responses.

I searched for a while looked at manufacturers in Sydney close to me they all used cool Room panels from experience I knew this was not the best spoke to Matt over a few weeks, plus reviewed the videos they have online going over all the trailers he was super helpful never pushing just doing his best to make sure I got the right product, in the end I choose a maxi elite amazing value with all you get plus full one piece panels that are much more durable than cool Room panels trailer Delivered to my door in Penrith, after the sale I had questions they always got back to me fast that was 12 months ago I now running full time with 2 staff love it .... I highly Re come down food trailer king I would give them 10 stars if I could don’t even consider else where

These guys are good. I travelled up from Melbourne to buy once I figured out they where experts. I saw cheap and nasty trailers, but once I watched their dvd I was impressed. I had a couple of calls with Matt, once I paid my deposit Tony followed through and trailer was ready to go within a tight time frame. 27 days to be exact. I had pictures of build coming to me as built. Now 8 months in no issues all good making $ and I have quit my job around 4 months back. Thanks again

I researched many different people over 12 months spoke to people at food markets food trailer king was always recommend I spoke to Matt he offered me pricing and a fast delivery time frame , they kept me informed through out process ,I changed a few things from original Maxi but end results is food trailer is what I want I have it on site working 5 days referred multiple people to them ...highly recommended

After visiting the factory and seeing the trailer we placed an order, the trailer was ready sooner than we thought and on taking delivery it was better than we expected. The guys down there were really helpful and answered all our questions. I'd recommend these guys for sure.

Picked up the food van a couple of weeks ago and the finished workmanship was not very good. Paint scrapped, the door lock doesnt always unlock. No test n tagging was done on electrical cords
