I have been attending Footprints podiatry at salamander Bay for many years now for general foot care. I can’t recommend Isabella enough for her caring, friendly and kind nature. Her knowledge in treating my ailments is commendable. Wouldn’t consider going to any other podiatrists in the Port Stephens area. Isabella is an asset.

Very poor deceptive customer service. Booked an appointment where after asking about fees & told it was covered under my care plan - then when I went for the appointment exorbitant and extortionate fees were requested. They wanted over $100 over & above that of quotes from other pediatrists. Complete rip off and deceptive booking process - never advising fees in advance as required by law but demanded exorbitant prices when you go for the appointment. So very dissapointed. Recommend you get quotes elsewhere and compare before wasting time.

Such a great experience. Just had my 2nd appointment and it was even better than the first. My ingrown toenails have been taken care of and so painless. My podiatrist is very professional and caring. Not sure why I have left this so long to get my toenails done correctly and have no discomfort now. No hesitation in making my next appointment.

Ingrown toe nails so very painful have suffered all my life with them on and off, Andrew fixed me up in no time and will continue to monitor it great service and gentle.
