No internet no help from Foxtel all overses call centres. Been on tje phone for hours over last three days and NOTHING. NEED A TECH ASAP noone has helped because they are all call centres overseas

I support the other TWO REVIEWS whole heartily!!!! When will this problem be addressed by or useless CEOs in this country ??? Maybe dock their salaries by a few thousand dollars for every BAD REVIEW would fix the PROBLEMS

When I phone 13 19 99 and expect to speak to some here in Australia and get overseas then there is trouble. They do not even know where we are and have no concept of what we need etc. 13 19 99 should be Aussie based!

I need a new remote, called your service and got operator overseas. He had difficulties understanding suburbs and address, and could not tell me where your agent in shopping centre near us would be. How about keeping jobs in Australia? You are just another low life organisation when it comes to social responsibility! So much for your owner. Another low life Australian organisation, supported by Australian customers, but with no social responsibility. I will see your executives in the Robina office next week re this matter as this message does not even reach your business management directly. What a way to go about business!!!
