Best service, friendly staff as very happy with their service way better the Sydney to be honest as I been last few service in Sydney n not very good service n some rude staff n no respect, but this service is much better with good respect n friendly staff, also very reasonable price. I feeling very comfy there. Every school I go up to stay Ballina that I got family friend living in Ballina, that why I live Sydney n sadly the service is good

The most amazing experience and results with the lovely girls Sue and Bianca, as I have PCOS I have been getting regular IPL hair removal done and Im amazed with the results!!! I highly recommend their services and experience!!

Absolutely love this place. Staff are professional, friendly and very welcoming. Love all the treatments but especially love floating around in the outdoor spa with a cappuccino or herbal tea to wind me down before commencing my treatments. I love that they have a gorgeous garden with lots of lizards visiting. The girls give the best massage, it is strong and firm and so very relaxing. Their is a huge choice of treatments and their facials are divine.It has a lovely atmosphere from the minute you enter, with the girls giving a welcoming greeting, offering a drink and having a laugh. I have been coming here for years for all sorts of treatments and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cant praise Sue and her staff enough. Love It, Love It!!

Extremely unprofessional. The manager was unbelievably rude and could not even manage a hello, she walked off into the next room pointing back at me as though I was a hinderance. The therapist spent the hour talking about her personal life and I could smell that the products were off!!! Very unprofessional. Salon is very dark and dingy and clearly not cleaned properly. Not up to any kind of clinical standard. Avoid this salon or experience rudeness, unprofessionalism and disgustingly unclean premises.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant. This place has a pregnancy pillow which abled me to lie on my belly and get an amazing massage!! One of the best hours I've had in a long time. The pedicure was great it was just interrupted a few times as the beautician doing the pedi was also the beautician taking the bookings and dealing with the walk ins. I recommend a pregnancy massage and pedicure here for anyone pregnant.
