Really disappointed. First contact was last year. Came out and measured, after many attempts I still had no quote so I gave up. Tried again after speaking to Allan. Said the quote would be given in 3 days. That was 5 weeks ago. I even text…if you aren’t interested in doing the job just tell me to which he replied. Yes, am interested. But I’m still waiting. Not good enough.

Hi Kristy, I can see we originally sent out a quote to you on 10/09/2020. I am assuming you have talked to Allan about getting a re-quote? We have been under the pump and extremely short staffed for the last 4-6 weeks due to lock downs and border closures, however we are still trying to get all quote requests out. Don't bother with Frontline Fencing they will come out to your house but no measuring or quote. Have contacted them on numerous occasions but they do not reply.

Do I need a pool fence?

Absolutely. It is mandatory in both NSW and QLD to have a council compliant pool fence. There are strict guidelines to follow and serious fines if you fail to meet the standard. At Frontline Fences, all our pool fences—both glass and aluminium—are compliant with all Australian, State and Council Regulations and will ensure you are able to enjoy your pool without costly fines.

I already have a pool fence, but I'm not sure it's compliant. Can you help?
