Contacting Ben on a Fri afternoon gave us an honest and prompt reply. He went above and beyond his job to help us and we felt helped straight away. Ben was extremely prompt and reliable and friendly. Our fridge/freezer was diagnosed within a short time on the same day with Ben’s knowledge and experience. Definitely highly recommended.

The confirmation of date & time slot was very good. Notification on the day with ‘on the way’ gave me assurance of wait time. Ben spent time finding the issue/s of bar fridge easily. Ben’s professionalism & honesty was excellent. We resolved the issues without any stress. I would 100% refer Frost Refridgeration & Air. Thank you so much Ben.
