Fun 4 Hire

So I had hired out 2 electric scooters one for myself and one for my boyfriend we get about half an hour away from where you pick them up and drop them off just to find ourselves broken down.... We called up and spoke to the owner and were told to peddle them back.. (Not that easy on a road) and was not offered any help or anything what so ever to return their scooter! After an hour of pushing this scooter to finally return this scooter just to find out that we were not returned with the money for the scooters or any offer to resolve our issue... I would highly recomend to stay away as it is horrible service

(no star rating) I went to fun 4 hire in surfers and rented two petrol powerd scooter's. i was riding them on the road and then my scooter broke down. me and my brother were calling the company expecting them to pick up but they didn't. they ended the call every time we called and when they did answer they told us it was our fault for the scooters breaking down. they finally came to fix the scooter and then they started blaming us for the breakdown. when we got to the shop they started charging us double. they took our bond and our cash and put us down because the scooter broke down.

I rented a few electric scooters off this very rude guy saying he was the owner and he was very rude to my girlfriend and when we drop the bike off to him. The owner was trying to charge us for scratches over the bike that were there from the start as I explained to the owner it was there before, he decided to get really angry and start yelling at me and my girlfriend calling us every name under the sun...not saying don't rent off this guy but be careful because he will charge you for something you didn't do...don't do my mistake renting from him. There are thousands of other rental companies on the coast.
