Very poor experience. Organised for the jumping castle to be at child's party at 1:30 so it would be ready and set up for a 2pm party. Jumping castle didn't arrive until 2:15 and was set up with the assistance of guests by 2:30. No refund no apology just a long list of excuses. Would strongly recommend looking around before using this company.
