Would never purchase another product from this supplier. Prior to installation had to fight to get the to respect written time frames for manufacturing and installation? Then installed defective windows with no drainage, which as a result flooded my newly renovated room caused water damage. Then tried to shift blame stating windows cannot be hosed off & rain comes through when there is a cyclone? Had they stated this prior to paying, i would have never purchased this product. This issue could have been avoided had they done quality checking prior to installation. Repairs done to amend this fault, by the manager permanently damaged the windows frames and are longer as new. In this process they twice left filing in the windows had I not rectified this, future flooding would have occurred due to blocked drainage. During this process i felt abused & attacked, blamed & disrespected in my home, as they refuse to acceptable liability.

Very unhappy left grease on my floor and door jams from extension cords . One of the guys trod in chook poo and walked through my floors and carpet. One of the guys didn't even try to clean up the mess after installing my windows. I rang and complained and did not even get an apology. Windows are lovely but dirty. Not happy with the after sales service.

Product (security screens) is of reasonable quality - they could have made the security mesh in the French door screens symmetrical, it does in my OCD looking at them; and then I remember the exorbitant price I paid for them. I was also ripped of and charged for travel (at a quite high rate) from their Cluden premises and return to Cluden when the tradesman (who was excellent) said he came from a job just around the corner and was going to another close address after us. Less than 30 minutes to install and $200 labour charged!
