You don’t realise how much you rely on your phone until you don’t have it working. By magic I found gadget hospital. I called and he was on holiday... not a problem, gadget hospital took the the time... and I mean short time as he’s good at what he does to fit me in and fit the issue at hand- at less than 50% the price not only Apple quoted me but also what all the shop pop up quoted me. If you don’t give gadget hospital a try then you literally aren’t thinking straight cuz they are a life saver!!! Xxx

Took my phone 7 in-store to have the battery replaced. Dropped phone off and left. Returned, was handed phone, turned phone on checked normal battery charge and battery health, was exactly the same as to when I handed the phone over (as took screen shots). Informed the technician of this, he responded with "the new battery doesn't come fully charged and it takes 3 full recharge cycles to change the battery health". I trusted in what he said, deep down feeling they simply did not change the battery, waited days until I fully naturally drained the battery and charged it full 3 times, then took it back. The same guy was there, claimed he didn't remember anything as fixes so many, but said he changed the battery with a new one, all the while trying to persuade me the original 2016 stamped battery he pulled out in front of me was not the original battery but one they replaced it with. The new one that they put in immediately showed 100% battery health, they had lied about everything!

Unable to fixed my iPad. Stated was battery issue and quoted $220 to fix. Didn’t hear form them so went back in and told they couldn’t fix it. I asked for device back and stated it wouldn’t have a screen. ( they state iPad screen can only be removed by braking it). So I left it it’s them, but never received a call. I then received a text stating it was fixed and come pick up. When I get there the guy stated it not fixed and I would need to pay $99 service fee for them to again remove the battery and screen and I would get the rest of the parts. They state they can fix any device and any issue, this is NOT TRUE

Repair was promised for 1 day, took 2½ weeks. During repair for cracked screen, the power button was broken and replaced, taking extra days. Phone was returned to me with both screen and back panel loose in their seals so they popped up and wouldn't stay down. He pushed them back in at the store, however as soon as I got home, the popped up again. This is not good for a waterproof phone. Further, sound button was also broken during the repair and not replaced. The owner, Gadget Man, was impossible to get hold of, rarely answered the phone and never returned messages. I later found out from other friends that they had similar challenges. Do not take your phone here for repairs. I am certain that he knows how to repair a phone accurately, however he makes himself crazy busy promising repair times he can not fulfill and as a result, clearly does a shabby rushed job on the repairs. It was a needlessly stressful experience and $189 later, I still don't have a properly repaired phone. I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I feel that I really need to warn people.

Put my iphone through the wash and really wanted to get my photos. Heard about someone in Lismore Gadget Hospital took em a week aye but the geiser got all my stuff and now I'm sweet. cheerz found him on this site
