Stay away!!! This guy should not be in business! I took my laptop in 3 months ago and after being run around, phone calls not returned, visiting multiple times and promises of a few more days, still "didn't get around to looking at it." The whole business is so unorganised. Every time I go in I have to explain who I am and what I'm waiting for. It took them a month to even look at my laptop and then realised it needed a part that would take 2 weeks to arrive. Apart from a phone call on the day they realised they needed a new part, I had to chase them for updates. I called on two occasions and both times was told he'd call me back in 30 minutes. He never did. So to get any answers, I had to go in to the store and each time there was an excuse why it wasn't done yet and to come back next week. So today was the last straw. I just took back my laptop and will have to find somewhere else to fix it now. Disgusted and appalled at this whole experience. You've been warned!

Broke my phone more then they fixed it, after week 6 I just asked for my phone back, over charged for what they tried to do. Not friendly and wouldn't recommend.

Having retired recently and travelling around Australia dropped my phone into a swimming pool, tried numourous cell phone repair stores all to no avail. Arriving on the Gold Coast was lucky enough to find the best phone store on the Gold Coast, and i have to say hoe lucky i was. They took the time to assess my phone. and my were they busy, courteous, fun loving bunch who know how to entertain their customers. So please to have all my phone data saved. I had a dreadful experience with the Gadget man. There is no after sales service and once they have your money they do not want to know you. Cheap replacement of part meant camera failed to work, audio did not work and a host of other problems. I was happy to go back in a few days afterwards and provide this feedback to the gentleman behind the counter but all I received were insults and excuses. He actually blamed me for the problem and refused to accept responsibility for his actions. Please never use!

Mavic pro drone hit by a bird and came down hard. Broken arms and camera. Gadget man was able to get me back in the air. These guys are the best. In need of any UAV or drone repair services get onto Gadget Hospital. Busy but worth it. Very reasonable prices for drone repair services
