This company delivers nothing but arrogance and poor customer service. The only positive is that they attended monthly to swop out garden bag as planned. Disappointingly they do this if bag full or empty. They will charge you $5 for the empty one. There is no option to organise in advance a delay in pick up especially if service not required. Consumers speak with their actions and the rudeness and swearing we experience from this company employees have just lost another consumer due to their actions. Another company will now benefit from our payments in advance and our good credit rating. Garden Mate even refused to refund money already paid for in advance for a service they won't be delivering. Told us to take them to the Small Claims. Hope the company owners enjoy the extra payment, I think you may need every extra penny you receive as I'm sure your business won't be around with that attitude.

Don’t use these guys they don’t like to be told they don’t need to come get the bag as it is empty and you don’t want to be charged the extra $5 they hit you with just for putting a bill in your letterbox. As soon as you do that they come and take the bag and frame and throw whatever you have in the bag on the ground. Most of the time the bags are full of holes and your lucky to keep the bags on the frame.

This unprofessional man accused me of making my trash bag too heavy. He childishly left a note in my letterbox saying too heavy get someone else. He took the frame from the trash pack bag, left my gates unlocked. I will add it had been raining heavily the night before. I phoned him and he responds "I don't need you, I don't want you" This company needs to check facts before acting like a child to a customer that has paid quickly and has been with you for over a year without incident. Very disappointed and very unimpressed by childly unprofessional behaviour. I recommend using another company!

They only had 1 job to collect my garden waste and they couldn't even get that right. I came home to find my bag was tipped out on my front lawn and I had even paid them to collect it. Don't use these guys. They won't even answer their phone and keep hanging up on me

Paid unfront for 6 months. On the fourth month, Ian picked up my half filled bag 15 days before the usual pick. When I called him he was rude and asked me to go to another company. This guy has no work ethics or professionalism. He still owns me for the 2 months. DON'T USE THIS GUY.

This company Ian horrible to deal with. The man is arrogant and rude. Overcharge you and take the bag and holder without your knowledge.

My mother who is an old aged pensioner used this company for 16 years. Made a complaint as the frame had broken and some hooks to hold the bag up were missing. This guy abused her then tipped all of the contents onto the ground like a child and took the bag away. Stay clear and use someone else.
