Based in Moorabbin, Garden Studios is a pioneer in architecturally designed, relocatable homes and granny flats across Melbourne. With over 43 years of expertise in building, we construct architecturally sound habitable studios using prefabricated methods. Our motivation stems from addressing the housing crisis by utilizing underutilized backyards and subdivisions. Our ready-made Studios can be constructed on-site or craned in, transforming the perception of granny flats from grey and weatherboard-clad relics to modern marvels.
