I wish I could give minus stars! These guys took $200 from me before coming onsite promising to fix hardware, software and troubleshooting. I made it clear it was a hardware issue with the keyboard. Tech arrived with no tools was there less than 5 minutes and said he would need to take it to the warehouse - wherever that is!! Of course I refused and ow despite many phone calls and emails no response from this company and I paid $200 for NOTHING and appear unlikely to get my money back.
