How do you wash my rug?
We use a process called Immersion Washing. This is the preferred and traditional method to clean rugs of all shapes, sizes and fibres, as it is the most thorough.
How long does it take to wash my rug?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 days from when we pickup your rug to when it is returned to you. Some rugs (ie, handmade & delicate rugs, rugs with fringes, etc) may take a little longer as there are extra steps required to achieve the best outcome. We will always advise you if your rug is needed for longer than 7 days.
