I went in Gift Location today and the lovely lady (owner) kindly stitched me up a hessian pouch for a necklace I purchased as a gift for a friend. She knew I was on a lunch break from work, so she then went out of her way to deliver the gift to me at work. I have been here numerous times and the customer service is always exceptional.
