Gindaja Treatment and Healing Indigenous Corporation

Gindaja, an Indigenous community-controlled organisation, endeavours to enhance the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals affected by problematic alcohol and/or substance dependency. In Yarrabah, our Rehab Services span across two locations: the 17 bed Residential Recovery Centre by Back Beach Road and the Learning and Wellbeing Centre in the heart of the township. We extend our AOD Education, Treatment, Recovery, and Healing services to people residing in Far North Queensland, including Cairns, Tablelands, Torres Strait Islands, and Cape communities.
