Agree with all bad reviews terrible company … how they are still in business is beyond me!! They are happy to take your order … processed immediately!! But if you have a concern or want a credit ( no option for refund) no responses!!

Heather was amazing ! She helped me choose a dress and styled it for me! Even gave my daughter tips on how to make my birthday special , she was so lovely ! I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars!

I went to the store in Robina after viewing there clothes online to buy at least 6 of there dresses, both sales women were busy putting stock away on a busy Saturday morning, I didn’t want to bother them as they were not approachable but I needed to get a dress behind the counter not to try on just to get my size and purchase a 2 min transaction, the lady looked at me like it was not her job and It was inconvenient, I didn’t purchase any of the dresses I purposely drove there for but went to another favourite clothes shop and spent my money there, the girls need re training to understand the position they are paid to do.

Sales staff can't be bothered assisting you trying to exchange an item for another size. Felt like l was inconveniencing them. Head office calls the store to verify my experience while i'm placed on hold and brushes off the poor experience. No apology. Was told on four occasions l would be contacted and nothing. I might as well just go to Guangzhou directly & buy my own products! With so many companies fighting for your online business customer service is everything...clearly not important here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The WORST excuse for customer service I've ever come across. I ordered a dress that was considered 'burnt orange' but looked coral in the pictures. When it turned up it was actually more a terracotta - totally inaccurate to what was described. I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund on the basis of what was provided to me did not match the description at all, and after a day of no response followed it up with a phone call. The girl i received on the other end seemed inconvenienced by my call and said the lady who responds to refunds wasn't there but I could expect a response by COB - heard nothing. I then facebooked the company directly and was told I would recieve a response within 24 hours - 72 hours later and nothing. I've just phoned again and got the same girl who again couldn't be bothered addressing my concerns. She first said the lady who does refunds was sick, then said she was on the phone. I was just emailed with a pathetic email stating that it was a management decision and colour is 'subjective'. Way to treat your customer with respect. The worst customer service, quality of product, and return policy I've ever come across. Items are cheap, not as described on the website, and the hassle with returning the product is not worth it. DO NOT BUY from this website. I will never order from here again.
