Run by two business partners all with a varying skill set you can truly feel that you are being looked after by an experienced team. Sharon Patava is our Office Director. She is responsible for all the day to day running of the business. She works tirelessly to make sure all of our New Homes get to contract quickly and efficiently. Alongside that she is an Interior Design specialist and our Colour coordinator. Cory Pukallus is our Construction Director. He runs an efficient team of experienced Building supervisors to ensure our homes are built on time to the highest standard. You know with a management team as experienced as this you are in safe hands. We have an enthusiastic team of building professionals whose passions lie deep within design and the new home construction world. Everyone from our receptionist, our new home consultants right through to our builders and site supervisors all have one thing in common, and that is to create and build the perfect home for their clients.
