Glamour Nails & Footspa

I was a customer for the last 2.5 years until today, this was the worst experience I’ve had in my life do not use this salon. The experience was barbaric and I’m in so much pain I’m considering visiting ED tonight. The male owner wasn’t there today when I asked to speak to him. The lady in the navy jumper physically ripped my nails off and would not soak them off even though I continuously begged due to the pain she put me in. I had 1 broken however the other 2 of them were fine and she ripped them off without telling me and overcharging me at the end. My real nails have completely deteriorated as well, please do not go here and ruin your nails. I was very polite and they still would not help me and refused to accept my credit card to pay. I should not of had to pay at all. The whole time she was so rude to.

Had my nails done here yesterday and each finger on my left hand was badly grazed - on one finger drawing blood! Went back to complain today and barely got a "Sorry" out of them. Go here at your own risk.

I had my nails done and paid $75 for a special gel polish, my thumbnail was very badly done and when I went back to get it fixed they said to come back in 45 minutes when I returned they were very rude and said we are too busy come back in 2 hours when I went back the next day they all ignored me even though they were not all busy, I only wanted 1 nail fixed I would have been happy to pay but I will never return due to rudeness of staff

Poor quality, nails were not done to a high standard. With times being hard money is precious so I would seriously rethink getting my nails done there. Not all the ladies are like this I just got one that acted like she could not be bothered and it reflected in her work. If you want more business change your attitude, it's not only about the job you pay for but the experience you encounter.
