what terrible people. made a booking 5 days before giving all our details and upon arrival no booking. explained we booked day care for our dashi 30 months & foxie 22 months and both unsociable due to being with us 24/7. asked if we could view the kennels but she said no as they are being cleaned, this is around midday 18/10/22. we were told make sure dogs had collars as we used harnesses. this woman came out with a noose and dragged each dog out the back as she would not allow us in. we arrived back at the kennels about 1630 and made to wait while other clients were cleared which was fair enough even though they arrived after us. this woman hinted that we should have the foxie put down and dashi desexed. we hoped to have them assimilated in different surrounds. never asked for an opinion on whether $5000 dog value should be destroyed or tampered with. this woman was apparently the owner. we have raised silkies, a Shepard and greyhounds and have enough experience in caring for dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions

148 Glanmire Lane, Glanmire NSW 2795

When boarding your pet, bring their food, medication (if applicable), a leash, and any other items your pet may need, such as toys or bedding.

How do I prepare my pet for boarding?

To prepare your pet for boarding, make sure they are up-to-date on their vaccinations and have been treated for fleas and ticks. It's also a good idea to familiarize your pet with their carrier or crate and to provide them with plenty of exercise before their stay. Finally, be sure to let the facility know of any special needs or concerns your pet may have.
