Gold City Pest Services - Gympie

I can't begin to say what an abysmal experience with Gold City Pest Services we have had. We had our sofa cleaned and it was basically ruined with severe grey stains all over it, They visited and Wendy's husband basically smirked and grinned as we pointed to the stains. They sent another company out to clean it, they did their best but the stains remained . We called and explained the situation and that an expensive linen sofa had been ruined and they wanted to replace it with cheaper fabric,they said they would get back to us and we didn't hear from them for three weeks. My wife called on her mobile 3 times to the office number no answer. Caller ID at work. I called the office from my mobile and the call was answered immediately . I explained again the problem with the sofa, they offered the same cheap fabric option, which is not acceptable given the incompetence involved. Finally Wendy's husband (I assume) repeated three times "bye, bye, bye". Complete contempt for customer.

Prompt reliable service. Got rid of creepy crawlers and seems to last. Bravo to Brad for wearing all of his PPE in the Gympie heat and humidity. Thanks for squeezing us in at beginning of new year.

Very impressed with the professional staff on the phone and in person. Prompt with quote and turned up when they said they would. We will use again
