It was my second time visiting this workshop. I changed my rear brake pad&roters at the first visit and I have M service done this time, they kept me updated on how my car was going via Email with photos. I never knew how it went before for the maintenance service. It was a thoughtful system, in order for the customer to understand their car better. I have changed my 4tyres this time. The price is reasonable and people are kind, I will be coming back for my next service 😊

I would like to share my experience. I have visited GCCEM a few times for service and also for inspection when purchasing a new car. I was impressed with how professional the customer service and mechanics are. They solved my problems in minutes, and I did not need to wait forever. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, so I felt engaged and well-informed at all times. This is a trusted mechanic, and I highly recommend this place.

Rude, Unprofessional, Arrogant, Disrespectful, Ignorant and that was my experience with the Management. I took my car in for a small leak in the back door of my Toyota Hiace and was told by the mechanic that it would have to be repaired as they couln't get the part. I trusted left my car overnight was quoted $230 for a sealant repair on a small rubber tube, I questioned this and it was reduced to $160??? The car still leaked and when I returned I chatted with the same mechanic who agreed that the job was don with the wrong sealant and was more than happy to fix however I now am not happy and would rather take my car to someone else and so I asked for a refund. WELL three days later heard from management. Very distressing phone conversation. Do not trust this management or waste you money here find an honest business to support as these humans don't care about you only your money, OH and when I mentioned I would leave a bad review he just laughed and said GO AHEAD and hung up on me.

Awesome to deal with. I've been using guys because twice I had come from holden about 200m up the road and have been charged a quater of the price and job done in a quarter of the time. These guys are honest and give fast service. Fixed my car in about 2 hours when it was dropped in at 230 in the afternoon. Holden said 3 days. Highly recommend these guys.
