Very slow expect to wait on hold if you call, expect no one to call you back, expect them to have your vehicle for indefinite period. For example my car was supposed to repaired in 2 weeks then changed to 4-6 weeks then 6-10 weeks. Now at 5 1/2 months still no idea when my car will be fixed. I’ve been paying rego and insurance for a car that’s not roadworthy and no date of when repairs will be completed. I’ve had to buy another car to get around, more insurance and rego. Not impressed👎

For the second time in a few months my car had been damaged again. Thank goodness for Gold Coast Collision. Totally professional and caring. When you call, Kylie is so courteous, even picking me up from the rental car company. I know when I drop my car off Megan will look after it 100%. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for making it all such an easy process.

My experience with Gold Coast Collision Centre has been nothing short of amazing. After buying my first car in excellent condition with the only downfall being a scratch on one side of the car, seeming as though it had been key’d. I bought it in hope I could get the scratch out without having to spend too much. Let’s just say you should always call around because if I hadn’t I wouldn’t of found the wonderful Gold Coast Collision Centre. I had not only an affordable experience but also one that was enjoyable due to the kind, warm, and friendly staff who work there... from Kylie at the reception desk to Megan I felt everybody was extremely welcoming and nice and I will 100% be back again.
