Called for a quote to install 2 toilets and a laundry sink. Hadn’t yet purchased the toilets as we wanted to check with the plumber first to ensure they fit with the plumbing. He said yes he could install the particular toilets that we were wanting to get. Purchased the toilets, had him come back to do the job. He then realised he couldn’t install one of toilets, yet proceeded to open the box that was meant to be sent back and used a part from it (as he broke a piece installing the other toilet). We had to go out and buy another toilet that he said he could use, and are left with a $360 toilet that cannot be returned. We paid good money to this company, expecting a good service.. yet each time the plumber was in a rush to get to his other jobs. There is also a leak from the taps from the new laundry sink/taps that were installed. Left feeling disappointed after we forked out a lot of $$ for this unsatisfactory service.
