Copy of note of heartfelt thank sent to GC Solar, whom anyone can use with confidence: Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I've been with Gold Coast Solar – living up to all that was promised in that You Tube video lol. Everyone I've had contact with in your organisation has gone 'above and beyond', from Gina's organising to Simon's brilliant service. Particular thanks to Simon, whose patience in explaining absolutely everything, despite having to work in the unsheltered westerly sun and 90% humidity, plus tailoring a solution to fit my budget, was really appreciated. Likewise for his patience while a new hose was fumbled out of its wrappings, for panel cleaning, which, as he said it would, has made a tremendous difference to panel productivity, even when overcast. I cannot praise Gold Coast Solar enough, and long may you (deservedly) prosper! MF Miami

Nathan and Jessie connected our REC Solar System up to our home, both of them did a very professional job. After they both had finished they left everything neat and tidy which is appreciated. Very pleased with the whole system.

Gold Coast Solar has done a couple of jobs for me now, first time fixing my inverter and then they returned to add some extra panels to my system to help me get the maximum savings from the system. They are a great trusted company, the guys are kind, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I can highly recommend them.

I have been around a long time and in many business's during my working life but I am more than impressed with the work carried out by Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions. Firstly, I was impressed with John who explained everything to us in plain English which we understood and without pressure. He did an excellent job. Then we received a call from your office saying your boys would be at our place at 7am on Monday 9th Feb 2015 to install the system. Having lived on the Gold Coast for 35 years I was more than happy when our doorbell rang at 7am to find your team standing there ready to start. The boys lead by Nathan were polite and did a fantastic job. I could not be more impressed with a team of tradesmen than the team you sent to do our installation. Everything was explained to us by Nathan again in a manner that we understood. Since then we have had a follow up call from your office and a call from John to check that we were satisfied. All this amounts to excellent service and one very happy customer. Very many thanks and congratulations on running a very efficient company.

I have dealt with GC Solar three to four times now for service on my installation (from another installer who has gone out of business) and at all times was extremely happy with their service and the end result. They have had several panels replaced under warranty at no cost to myself. Highly recommended. Jadon who handles the installations was great and Simon is the man for fault finding.

The quote showed that they knew what they were doing and were reasonable in price, so I went ahead immediately. The work was done within 2 days, quickly, smoothly and pleasantly.
