Don't ever build with this builder! If you want a custom quality built house to specification this is NOT the builder for you. If you prefer being constantly disappointed coupled with creating a financially challenging time in your life then you may want to consider them. They couldn't build correctly to the architectural plans with significant mismeasurements, taking 2 years to deliver on a 1 yeat build, their overcharging significantly on variations and constant schedule mismanagement is what exemplifies this builder. The defects have still not been fully addressed 9 months after handover. We definitely would NEVER use this builder again!

Anyone planning on building with Unique Built also known as Gold Coast Unique Homes and Brisbane Unique Homes, our experience so far is that our house, at the end of April will be one year late. Our contract was signed in September 2021. Back then we were excited and believed we would have a lovely home. It has been a nightmare almost from Day 1. Plans came out of council with the house in the wrong position on the block. From then onwards at almost every stage things have been incorrect, or incorrect items have been installed. Many variations of the ones we were able to check were incorrectly calculated. So far 4 Site Supervisors. 4 Contract Administrators. Poor Office communication. Emails unanswered. Since September 2021 members of this company have in June 2022 purchased a property at Broadbeach, knocked down a house and built a completed house that we believe family members are now living in. MEANWHILE WE ARE LIVING IN A CARAVAN More details to follow.
