Gold Medal Gymnastics

My daughter has been training at Gold Medal Gymnastics for 18 months now and she has loved every class. Coach Bughy brings his experience and him, and his team, teach gymnastics focusing on technique and safety. It is a space where the kids have fun, while developing life skills that will help them forever. The community Liz and Bughy are building is fantastic. They are a family business genuinely interested in developing healthy and happy athletes. My 7 year old asks for more classes a week all the time and she always rushes me because she likes to be the first one at the gym. It is the highlight of her week. We also had her birthday party there this week and we received the most wonderful feedback from kids and parents.

My daughter has attended gold medal gymnastics for over a year and a half now, she is currently training in the competitive squad, her resilience, confidence and strength has grown out of sight. We highly recommend this beautiful gym, the coaches are so hands on and make training fun, the culture and environment is empowering and the way they celebrate all the kids wins is something truly special.

My daughter absolutely LOVES going to Gold Medal Gymnastics, it's her favourite part of the week and for a 3 year old she is so agile and has great coordination. The team are so friendly and attentive, we love it!
