We assist the whole way, finalising plans and specs, colours, contracts, Council approval through construction (where we complete several inspections with reports for you including confirming each stage has been reached prior to you paying your stage invoice) all the way to Handover, post handover and your 12 Month builders warranty inspection. Regular updates and photos, a dedicated portal and team here to guide you, be the buffer between you and the builder along with answering those questions you always want to ask.
