Extremely Annoyed

I have been waiting over a month for my section 4 medical to be signed off. It is still not done and I have a job waiting for me which I will now miss out on. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Staff claim that it has to be signed off by a doctor in Brisbane, but they are unable to get in contact with them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't reply to emails either as I have sent them in excess of 20 regarding this problem.
