Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to book?
There is no limit but during busy periods such as the school holidays and Christmas, we do recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. But even during busy periods, we can accommodate bookings with 6 weeks' notice.
What time can you deliver?
We start deliveries at 8 am and our last pick-up is at 8 pm. If your event is due to run later than 8 pm you will be subject to an overnight charge. We can arrange delivery or collection of furniture, tableware and party equipment between these times.
