I hit a pot hole on Armidale Road with a trailer and they fixed it the next day and even did some welding to make the trailer more solid. I had problems with a poly block hitch when the poly block disintegrated. Spoke with the guys at Grafton Trailers and had them fit a McHITCH which is performing spectacularly. Great service.

Mick from Grafton trailer hire is an absolute legend, my trailer snapped a spring and dropped onto the wheel arch on my way thru Grafton from Darwin. It was dropped in to him by the local towing company late that afternoon and Mick repaired it the very next morning for a really low cost considering the amount of work that went into it.
