Aurelio and the team renovated our bathrooms. The girls In the showroom were great helping us choose tiles, vanities, toilets etc but having the bathrooms look so great upon completion was the best! Thank you Great Lakes Ceramics

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We had a small grouting job which we were able to do ourselves, the receptionist took time and care to help us choose the best match grout - and then a tiler (Paul) loaned us his smoothing tool ... with no worry about who we were and whether we would return it. Brilliant!

Great customer service my husband and I felt welcome and valued as soon as we walked into this tile shop. We received expert advice and choose our bathroom tiles, vanity, toilet and accessories here as well. The ladies were wonderful, informative and very helpful. Very disappointed with this store. I purchased marble tiles, which I know have a variation but these are complete ends of the colour scale. Merryn has washed her hands with the issue just says " you should mix them in" this is not possible due to the large colour variation they would look like feature tiles. My experience has been nothing short of a debarcle from the moment I walked into the store. I really should have seen that as a red flag.

Michelle, you knew there was a variation with the marble mosaics yet did not open all of the boxes before laying them. We have ordered in for you an extra 1.62sq.m for free of these mosaics which is half again of what you ordered of the same batch so that you can have more to choose from so saying we have 'washed our hands of you' is false and inaccurate. You have laid 7/8's of the tiles yet still requested a refund. We have these extra tiles here for you in our warehouse and feel we have been very generous to help you complete your project.
