Extremely efficient operation. Got through on the phone straight away and spoke to the secretary. I organised a visit to obtain a quote for a job to replace 7 flyscreens (including a patio door pet resistant screen. I also wanted 3 large special flyscreens for my 3 wooden window frames that “wind outwards”. Rudi arrived dead on time to assess the job and the acceptable quote was emailed to me within 24 hours. Rudi pointed out that 6 of the existing flyscreen frames were in good condition and he only needed to replace the ancient net and that saved me money. Rudi returned by appointment a few days later to complete the job. He also gave me tips for cleaning up my drive plus fixing a leaning fence. Very happy.

A very disappointing experience for a war widow, this person tried to put it over me, claimed he had painting experience with a local painting contractor ( untrue ). He applied a coat of undercoat only to a unpainted brick wall, and said the job was completed!!. I rang the painting contractor whose name he had used, with his help this person was given the instruction that all walls undercoated only required him to apply two coats of paint at no coat to me, otherwise further action. This work was carried out, upon inspection, the painting job was passed as passable only. Upon doing my sums his hourly rate is more than my licensed plumber and electrician charge, he is only a handyman. My feelings are he doesn't understand how we do things in Australia. Don't except a quote but ask his hourly rate. Be careful employ a licensed tradesmen or ask friends for recommendations. Thank you and have a lovely day.
