I’ve always had a passion for food and wine – not just eating and drinking, but learning, creating, and sharing all the wonder that food has to offer us. Food and Wine have been a great way to bring people together and ignite the flames of my own curiosity. I’ve always followed that curiosity in my cooking and am here to share some secrets that my passion has helped me discover! Grill Direction was created to help change the way people look at and experience BBQ and grilling. Our range of infused salts, rubs and sauces has something for everyone, from gourmet food lovers, and home cooks to BBQ and grill aficionados. With the Grill Direction range, I wanted to help people create simple ways to improve and create delicious flavour profiles. A sprinkle of wine-infused salt, a massage of spice-laden rub or a dash of tangy sauce are all great ways to take your home-cooked meals to the next level. We are big believers in respecting the meat and not taking too much away from it, and our products can assist in bringing out that flavour profile like nothing you’ll find on supermarket shelves.
