Just happened at around 8 pm to 8:30 pm march 19..the small guy in the front counter was very rude..I just saw a lady who is just asking for her pick up number politely and the guy in the front counter who is wearing an eye glass get angry and threw his hat and pen on the floor and walk out and then he come back again in front counter just like nothing happened..I believe that even they are busy he don't need to do that in a front of the customer. He had to be like the 2 young ladies in the front counter that has a good customer service.
