Very poor customer service from GVH. All my dealings with this company were with Sue. I delivered my 9yo microwave to GVH and requested a repair quote due to the age of the appliance (expecting to pay a diagnostic fee). I called twice for updates and found the responses from GVH to be unhelpful and dismissive. After nearly 4 weeks I was contacted by GVH advising that my microwave had been repaired and was ready to collect. When I asked why I wasn't contacted with an estimate prior to the repair being undertaken, I was simply told the price (just short of $375) and to advise GVH if it was not suitable. I paid, collected my microwave and vowed never to use this company again.

The company concerned contacted me the very next day so I am super expressed! Thanks for a great service.

As a property manager I need reliable and prompt service for my properties. I've consistently found GVH Appliances to be technically competent, prompt in attending, and reasonable with their invoicing. They are an asset to my business.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by GVH. I found the lady who organizes the bookings quite rude. Besides, her husband charged me $110 for 5 minutes work to temporarily fix my oven door (by just bending the hinges). When the problem reoccurred a few weeks later, he asked me for more money to replace the hinge support columns, which should have been done in the first place to permanently fix the problem. Of course, I have found another, more professional and trustworthy, Appliance service company.

Graeme from GVH Applicance Service was fantastic in diagnosing and fixing our new Miele dishwasher. He knew exactly what to look for and the problem was fixed as soon as the parts arrived. You can't beat that experience and I highly recommend GVH.

We have a Miele washing machine which started making banging noises on the spin cycle, called GVH Appliances and they were able to diagnose the fault and quote for the repairs over the phone. A few days later Graeme came and fixed the washing machine in super quick time. Received the invoice the next day and it was cheaper than quoted. Awesome friendly service. Would recommend to give them a call and will be using them again.
