I usually go to hair obsession and have had good service by a few different operators, however I went there on Friday and had a terrible service. The girl was not interested in me as a client was dismissive of what I wanted and only did the bare minimum and passed me over to a lovely apprentice that was apologetic because she knew the situation. She refused to do what I asked for and I left with my blonde front foils discoloured and a terrible colour. I think because the dark root colour was washed over the front blonde part. It looked better before I walked in. I paid $150 for something I didn’t want and I’m very upset.

Nice person greeted me on the phone. I had Danielle cutting the end of my long hair and giving a bit of style with the side of my hair. I had my washed and blow dry. All was done nicely, professionally and according to my wish. Danielle was also very nice. Thank you. Definetely I would recommend this place to my friends.
