Hair Plus

Got my hair cut here and was very disappointed with the service. The staff cutting my hair seemed disinterested and bored as did the two on the desk. My hair was so badly straightened that I immediately had to tie it up and straighten it myself when I got home. For $115 would not recommend.

Would not recommend for waxing services, went for a eyebrow wax and a Brazilian wax. When I went into the room she asked me to get undress, I had to ask for a towel or something to cover myself up as the door opened and all of Australia Fair could see my lady parts. When she returned she decided to do my eyebrows first leaving me laying on a bed with a tiny hair towel covering my lower half. The eyebrows were fine but I had to pluck some when I got home. The Brazilian was terrible, lots of hairs missed, use of the wax was crazy it was like she covered the whole area and then ripped it all off, not in stages. Did not offer to do the back and then when she asked if I wanted lotion she put it on me, I have never had that before it is usually put onto a pad and I put it on. She went to leave and I quickly put the towel over myself, again so Australia Fair couldn't see me. Pricing misleading, Brazilian was from $45 but I was charged $55.

Worst experience ever. I went to do eyebrows as it was mentioned in the board that they do eyebrows so just went there but the lady who did threading is very unprofessional but says herself she worked there for 9 years and don’t know how to do threading and don’t want to listen what i have to say both staff are very unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen but they were disagreeing their mistakes and making me wrong and saying that I didn’t have hair in there wth i even paid the full money i regret paying to them as i got worst experience there. If you read hope you believe in KARMA , the way you guys making me wrong even though you knew what you did

Went in for a short style cut from medium length hair just past my shoulders. Cost was $85, i didn't mind. Two days later I rang and asked if I could get more cut off as it was still annoyingly too long and the lady was very obliging so I went in to get it cut a little shorter. I was very happy with the end look but very disappointed being charged another $30! I will be returning but I won't be doing that mistake again by going back for a tweak!
