Recently sold my property with Stephanie from Harcourts Townsville, after a bad experience with another company, it was a pleasure working with Stephanie her professionalism and lovely nature made it an easy process for me, I would highly recommend Harcourts and especially Stephanie in the future 😀

I signed a contract with Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville (HKT) to sell my property, through a Marketing Plan costing $2,469.as per the written contract I have a paper copy. HKT did not action their marketing plan hence the Sale contract was cancelled. At no stage during did HKT provide indication that I had obligations under a "Buy Now Pay Later" loan with a third party (Limepay Credit Pty Ltd) and that those obligations would continue, regardless of the fact the property was off the market. I assumed that, as HKP had not performed its obligations under the agreement, I was not liable for any costs. If I had been made aware of any continuing obligations to a third party, I would not have taken my property off the market and would have insisted on the satisfactory completion by HKT of the agreement referred to in the original contract, including all elements contained in the Sales Proposal.
