Don't use Harcourts for your property management. Having had to move from the region for a period, we used Harcourts to manage our property. We trusted them to do a great job and they certainly made it look look like it. What a disaster. Having taken back the property we have $000s of dollars of repairs that should have been picked up in condition reports - bags of garbage under the house, old mattress, lawn unmowed for years, broken fixtures and appliances. We asked that the deck be oiled regularly... it wasn't, now needs replacing. Yard and maintenance work we suggested that was poo-pooed. Things that tenants should be held to account to fund from deposits. Unbelievable. This photo is from today. We have many more.
